I'm curious to know if there is a biologically correct time to eat supper. It's different in almost every country. In Canada, as you all well know, we eat supper at 5:00pm. However in Greece, they eat supper at 8:00pm. So, is there a biologically correct time to eat supper and if so, when?

Eat when your hungry & at least 3hour prior to going to sleep. You should be eating about every 4 hours so whatever works best for you. I'd say most people in the usa eat anywhere from 6-8 (so many of us are still at work at 5)

No specific time, but it's best to eat at least 3 hours before bedtime to avoid weight gain.
