I'm going to a retirement party for a teacher i know. Its going to be at El Torritos, and I dont know what to wear. Jeans and a nice blouse, a skirt, a dress?? please help!

its casual, but everyone else there is going to be over 40.

A mexican joint? I'd wear "business casual" ie: a skirt and sweater, jeans and a blouse, something classy but comfy.

If it were my party I wouldn't care what you were wearing. If I were retiring I would probably be in my golf attire. You might ask what the dress code is if you are concerned.

I really like long dresses. My bf wants the short ones. So my wardrobe is filled w/ 1/2 and 1/2.

a nice dress not too tight and not too old fashion maybe a summer dress that would be nice what time is it if in the day baby blue, yellow, baby pink, or a soft color. if in the night you can wear colid color like red, black, purple,
lavendar you get the idea

Retirement parites are always casual or as formal as you want it to be. There should be plenty of booze...if not...spkie the punch, okay?
