We had the same problem, an old lady told us to put white vinegar around the garden, no more rabbits.
We also had a problem with grubs, the same lady told us to put a cup of beer in the garden buried to the rim, we got rid of the grubs two bottles later, a bunch of drunk drowned grubs.
