Yes, it is very much possible; the other one must have just not descended. Normally, both the testes r in the abdomen during embryonal development, then they descend into the scrotum. This is because the optimum temperature for production of sperms is about 3 degree celsius lower than the body temperature. In some cases one or both the testes may not descend. But the one which properly descends can produce sperms normally. Only matter of concern over here is that the undescended testes r likely to develop 'SEMINOMA'- a kind of testicular cancer, which is highly malignant (tends to spread), so it's highly recommended that ur BF get checked for the same. Take care.

the reality which you're thinking approximately what to do, shows you're an fairly considerate individual. How previous is he? adult adult males who've had testicular maximum cancers will maximum possibly basically have one testicle. it could additionally be brought about by ability of early existence ailment. it is not usually a situation. If adult adult males basically have one testicle, the single testicle does the artwork of two - sort of a great testicle; meaning those adult adult males are as fertile and general as different adult adult males. All that being reported, adult adult males with one testicle could be particularly gentle to the situation.i might suspect while you're at the same time long sufficient, it is going to look after itself.

I read once that Hitler had only one. Don't know if it's true, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. People are born with anomalies like that all the time.
You can get pregnant with only one ovary, so I'd assume that as long as the one testicle is producing properly that it would allow him to have kids.
