Yes, matter of fact just about every time i get nervous or scared i end up setting on the pot for hours. It's a nervous condition. Just try to calm down and not worry so much it should get better. Hope you feel better :).

Yes, the best thing is to not focus on it soo much. Sometimes being nervous before a test or meeting causes you to mess up because your'e trying so hard not to.
