Digital manipulation of the photos. Their skin is no better or worse, but most do take care of every square inch because eventually they will be showing off nearly every square inch.
They shave, do electrolysis, artificial tanning, real tanning, lotions, treatments, bleaching, strip waxing, etc...
When your livelihood is your body, its natural you are more likely to spend an inordinate amount of time taking care of it.

they have the money to spend on top quality skin care. Plus they use a lot of make up. They cover up their defects.

Make up and good lighting...anyone can look good! Same with strippers...once they are in the light, they aren't so hot anymore!!
