For those that gave me a real answer can I say thanks?

Question

I asked a question a few minutes ago, it was not trivia or anything. It was simply a question asked to help me to find references for the help that I needed. Definately not to do my assignment. I got so many strange answers that I could not believe it. Instead of saying I do not know..you should read the answers yourself, never ceases to amaze me. What is the problem with some of these answers? Is it that this is a young crowd? If you have any knowledge of this topic, could you answer the other question?

People (mostly young kids) post their whole assignment here...and yes, it does get our ire up sometimes.

If your question is the accounting question, I asked my wife (an accounting major) and she couldn't think of any reason why you would want to transfer fixed costs to variable. She mentioned that you could sort of "jimmy rig" fixed costs, by considering it as per unit manufactured, so the fixed cost really is determined by units of production. That is all I have...hope it helps.

The problem with 2 places you put your question were because one was University and the other was homework help ,therefore you'll get people to tell you to do your own homework/coursework, because a lot of people expect us to do their work for them, the other categories you asked in, you should have got some good answers, but some people, (it's not just the young ones either) just care about 2 points. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your question, but someone seems to have given a good link :)

The problem is that alot of people on here just want the extra 2 points, so they just spew out anything to get the 2 points. I don't even know your question, and I do not know the answer, but I think I did know the answer to this one, and that is that people just answer anything, to get the points. I have had that happen on the few questions that I did ask, but I did get some advice, that saved me alot of money too. You just have to filter out the silly answers, and use the good ones. Kind of like life itself. Well, thanks for my 2 points, I hope I earned them though.

I do think that there are probably A LOT of young users on here, especially with it being summer and most of the people on here are just going to answer a question with whatever to be funny and get their two points because just like high school, if you think about it...this too is a popularity contest.
