because they are having technical difficulties and they dont really feel like trying to fix it at the moment so they just leave it. they also probly dont like you. dont take it personally.

the people )polite police) behind yahoo answers kinda suck, 2 people have recently reported me because my response wasnt "nice enough"....thats thwtat hey get for asking stupid question.s so i get an email saying i was in violation, i respond back saying that i wasnt. all they do is send me some crap email with a link to their guidelines ....no real response whatsoever.
the polite police need to learn about a thing called "freedom of speech". i hear its pretty important.
