He's done. He needs to retire so he doesn't embarrass himself again, or actually his team!

I really hope Brett Favre is as good as he has been the last two years. Because then the Vikings will have a much better shot at winning the NFC North. Favre has not been an elite quarterback through an entire season since around 2000-2001.

Nah, he never lost his "mojo"... he's been through alot in the recent years... dad died, hometown wrecked by hurricane, cancer in the family... sometimes that & being the QB for the Packers can be a little trying for a human being, dontcha think?

However, his career has been very healthy & he doesn't need to play anymore, if he didn't want to... the possilbility that his age is a factor, may also be true.

I am not a Packer fan or a Favre fan but I think Favre still has it. The Packers aren't going to do well this year but not because Favre's mo jo. The Packers have no offensive line. I don't care who you have back there, you can't do much without protection. Not to mention, who is going to run the ball? Ahman Green is good but he certainly can't do it all. The should try to keep Dorsey Levens from retiring.

I think Brett Farve is one of the greastest players of all time, but his ego is going to get him injured. He has lost his mojo.

Age is just a number. He didnt have enough help in last years team. If it was an age problem, you wouldnt have seen Jerry in the pro bowl at his 40th birthday or and old raider team making it all the way to the superbowl. I think its just to much pressure of the team trying for him to solve all its problems just by himself. look at young qbs who do look washed up and are only in the 20's. Dont judge on one years performens and start questioning their age then the coaches and teamates and finally most judge the fans, having something to do with it.

there are many reasons brett had a bad year. the biggest reason is that he was the only one on the team that didn't get hurt. the packers also let two of their best O-linemen go last year so blocking wasn't as good as it was a couple years ago. when brett feels he has to make plays to win a game, he starts to make mistakes. also their defense was very young last year. brett should do a lot better this year, i hope!!!

I definately think age has caught up to him and that it is one of many problems with his recent performance. He also hasnt had many good players around him and thinks he has to win games by himself, which simply doesnt work in the nfl. His team is also liker a revolving door of talent where he has no time to gel with his offensive weapons.

He's getting old and losing his touch. It also doesn't help that the Green Bay Packers overall are a very bad team right now.

If he hits his own receivers more this year, no. I think he is a bit "played" however. The routine is a bit old, but I would take him over 80% of the other QB's out there.

I don't think he has lost his mojo, but he doesn't really have the talent around him. I think he should retire.
