guys my question is who is the biggest cricketer a amoung these two,ofcourse one of them is batsman and other is a bowler, but who do you think is the biggest legend.thnx

ok u guys r finding it difficult to compare a batsman wid bowler, let me giv u a clue...who has won more matches singlehandedly for his country..i think it will make ur job in deciding more easy.now tell me who is biggest cricketer, Muralitharan or Tendulkar?

THE COMPARISON WILL NOT BE A PERFECT ONE.
THEY ARE THE LEGENDS IN THEIR AREA.

I think the question is
Who will go down in history as the bigger legend of this generation of cricketers?Tendulkar or Murali.
In my opinion Tendulkar for sure.
Stats have little to do with it.
Murali will always have that cloud hanging over his head over his action. Is it legal? Even the biggest Murali fans would have their doubts.
What Tendulkar has done for his country is remarkable, and he still has more records to break.

You cant choose one. In my all time teams(ODI and Tests) both will be first choices. What is exeptional about Tendulkar, he started playing for india at the age of 16. Can you imagine the stress he should have had. I mean most of us try to reach our school or clubs first team at this age, not our countries first xi.
As for Murali, the poor guy get stick from everywhere. Every new delivery he invents is banned after a few games, and still he gets out on top.
Pure brilliance from both of them!!!!

Sachin Tendulkar because he has the highest number of runs in ODIs. Muralitharan is great too but Shane Warne has a few more wickets than him.

I can confuse you more because at the view of their speciality both of them are good but mostly no one is good than sachin you have to ask comparision question about 2 batsman or 2 bowlers not for batsman & bowler

Blowing- Muralitharan cause he has the most wicket in the Whole Cricket
Batting-Tendulakar- He has the most run and he is like the Cricket Mark for batting and he can Bat and every team is scare when he comes for batting

If we compare among their winning prfomance than murali has done a great job as compare to tendulkar,he is able to win matches single handedly,
Record of murali is also good,but we indians do ignore bowling perfomance comparatively batting,but murali is legend

Sachin Tendulkar because he has two world records, he is the highest runs getter in one-day's internationals cricket and he also holds a world record of maximum test's centuries.

i will keep 3 criteria for this:-
1)struggle to get in team
2)record as a match-winner
3)individual achievements
criteria 1---tendulkar struggled against poverty more than murali
criteria 2---murali has proved as the greater match-winner
criteria 3---tendulkar has batted as well as bowled .
murali has just bowled well.
so tendulkar gets 2/3.
