It really depends on the woman, I am five weeks pregnant and I felt NOTHING -- - I realized that I was pregnant because I period never showed .... But it is very hard to tell the difference as the symptoms are very much similar to PMS. The soreness of breasts, tiredness, cramps, nausea, etc. But at two weeks, you are very early, maybe too early to even have symptoms, there are also times when a woman is so stressed that she might be pregnant, that they start feeling things....

my first signs all 4 times were very sore boobs, constant exhaustion moodiness, no period OR very light period. and nausea. I also got nauseated from certain smells eggs, cigarettes, poopy diapers, rubbing alcohol, car exhaust) I usually have a stomach of steel!! brushing my teeth i would gag too. I never had any tenderness low in my abdomin EXCEPT when I had a miscarrige. I would advise you to get tested ASAP so if you are you can take good care of yourself and if you are feeling pains youll want to know too. pain or uncomfortable feelings are probobly your body letting you know somthing may not be right! I really urge you to get to a dr. NOW just in case. take care!

I can only tell you how I new I was pregnant before my missed period, of course my husband and I were trying on purpose to get pregnant. Anyway, My breast were sore, I had to pee a lot more than normal, like I had to go twice in a 1/2 hours time, and my sides hurt, kind of like they do when you have been running a lot.
