Many of the middle class jobs are being exported. Are business leaders seeing something in other countries that isn't there in the U.S.? (Cheap labor is great but if it's not done right, we all know it can wind up not being so 'cheap' after all.)
If indians were paid the same amount as 'americans' who do you think would do a better job??

Given a chance, a good majority can perform white collar job far better. Live examples are available. It is the problem with our thinking, a kind of complex, whether superiority or inferiority.

World is far more creative and productive than outside America and Americans. Even today's so called citizens of the land are not real natives. We all are human and have the capacity and capability to improve upon regularly.

In modern times, for business and money controlled activities, it is the cost saving factor and improving margins with matching quality to begin with which works foremost and are the deciding factors. Not only India, many more countries are competing and competing effectively.
