You can't just transfer or change your license, you will have to re-test in the state of Florida.
If you can prove that you already have a license in good standing in another state, they will allow you to take the test without re-taking the course. If not, get ready for school!
Good luck!

Contact the Public Health Department in the state and area you're moving to. Even being certified from the state of California as well as nationally certified as an EMT and later as an MA, I've always had to take another state's certification exams. Some states may require you to take additional classes, like Oregon, Texas and California.
Good luck!

Contact the Nurse Aide Registry or Department of Health in Florida, they will tell you what you need to do. All I have ever had to do was fax a copy of my current license, my ID, and my SS. You should get your new CNA license in a couple of weeks after this is done.
