what i wanna know is how to get rid of those red marks... or at least, tone it down so its not as noticeable?

I personally use cocoa butter which has diminished some scars and eradicated others. It has worthwhile and safe effectiveness on scars. I trust that you will find a peaceful resolve to your concerns. Peace and God Bless.

Well, as you know, you shouldn't have picked at the scars. But I would suggest that you rub VIT E on the wound daily. Natural Aloe Vera and Vit E work wonders on your skin.

Cocoa Butter or Shea Butter.
Massage it in. FREQUENTLY.

The damage may already be done depending on your skin and the age of these scars.

Good Luck
