I am hoping she had you swear to not refuse to answer the question, instead of not refuse the request. If she insisted you not refuse a request before asking and then asked THAT, she is only taking advantage of your trust. Tell her to go grow up. Somewhere else.
Sexual satisfaction alone is never a reason to open a closed marriage. EVER. Trust me, open marriages are hard enough without bringing thoughtless, manipulative, selfish people into it.
If she wants to have a baby, has no desire and/or ability to adopt, and wants your husband to be the father...That is between you and your husband. Remember to consider the following: Many states still require sperm donors to pay child support, she may forever be in the middle of your marriage (and will be able to use her child to do it), how will you feel 10 years from now about it? Plus, if she REALLY wants his baby, you can always go through a fertility specialist.
Finally, if you asked this question in all seriousness, I highly recommend you consider where YOU are coming from. Is this friend really important enough to consider the possibility, or do you just have a hard time telling people no (or to go to hell)? Friendship is important, but remember, you swore to have and to hold till death do you part. Your marriage and parenting should always come first.

1st off I'm a little confused. Your picture says you are a guy, but your friend is a girl who wants to sleep with your partner? So are you gay or are you asking the question under a different screen name as a girl? Anyway, even without clearing that up, its something you do not have to be comfortable with. Sex with a significant other is something that does not need to be shared. It will make it akward for the male involved and for you and your friend. If she needs sperm, and you are comfortable with that man being the baby's father, he can donate sperm to her cause, she does not have to have actual sex with him. Talk to her about it and make sure that she knows how big of a burden this would be on everyone's relationships with eachother. You can work it out.
