It sounds like depression. Sometimes depression doesn't feel sad, so much as tired and disinterested. There are about ten thousand prescription meds you can take for that, so if you go see you doctor, he should be able to fix you right up.
Good luck.

It sounds like depression to me to be honest aside from the feeling sick after eating. Feeling tired all the time, sleeping too much, lacking motivation, mental confusion, difficulties concentrating, irritability and being more emotional than usual are all classical signs of depression. What makes you think it's adrenal fatigue? That would be a fairly rare diagnosis to be made and your symptoms don't really fit in with that. If you're intolerant of yeast, cut it out of your diet COMPLETELY (yes, I know it's difficult, but it will be worth it) and see if your symptoms improve. If they do, fine, carry on with a yeast free diet. If they don't improve, go and speak to your doctor because you've probably got depression.

If you're going to waste time seeing a doctor, spend the extra money to see an alternative medicine practitioner or naturopathic physician. They are MDs with licenses to prescribe medicine, but they often have resources for tests that regular family physicians just don't have or just don't think of. They can test for vitamin and mineral assimilation and hormone imbalances, etc. I'm guessing you simply have food allergies, which sounds simple enough, but an allergy to wheat/gluten can be very serious. You'll feel much better upon finding out for sure. Good luck.

Definetly see a doctor.
I was having similair syptoms a while back. I felt hungry alot but always felt terrible after I ate, I slept a good 7 to 8 hours a might but still always felt tired as hell, and my face felt dry and irrated quite often. After I started taking allergy relief pills (claritin) I started feeling much better and I also started taking vitamin supplements. I don't feel like I am on top of the world, but there are alot of over the counter remedies you can try if your like me and don't have medical insurance to go and see a doctor.
I am fairly sure I have severe wide range of food allergies, plus the food I do eat is terribley unhealthy because my schedule keeps me from home so much but since I am without insurance, I try to keep track of what I ate and see how I feel afterwards. But if you got coverage go see one for sure, it most likely is allergies, it is spring after all, so don't freak out or be nervous, but get it taken care of soon if you can.

Does sound like the yeast intolerence is most of it. Get some dietary advice and do some reading on nutrition as a lack of certain nutrients can cause most of the symptoms you describe

I feel you should first of all visit your doctor to get a diagnosis and then maybe follow the complimentary route. I say complimentary rather than alternative as there is a difference. I wouldn't be so arrogant as to try to diagnose someone I hadn't seen and feel you should be careful about going down that road.Good luck and I hope you will soon return to good health.

Well, first of all, you need to go to a doctor, especially if you're having mental confusion. These symptoms could be signs of a variety of illnesses from food allergy, to glandular, to cancer, even poisoning! I could not and would not possibly give you a diagnosis without running screens on you, and any physician would recommend the same. Stop looking for possibilities on the net. Go to your doc!

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. You could have diabetes. Do you drink a lot, have bouts of sweating, do you feel better after eating something sweet. If then that may be your problem, or you may have a thyroid problem. You should See doctor and quickly.

They are symptons common to depression. Could also be diabetes and, no doubt, a number of other things. The only thing I can suggest is to go to youe doctor and describe your symptons. They should send you for a sreies of tests. It could be just your lifestyle but if it is something to do with tha, it could still be depression caused by something else.

Could be depression or post-viral fatigue syndrome, but please visit you doctor for tests. He can give you a blood test to see if you have a deficiency in something. If he does not find anything you could try a course of psychotherapy.
