I have kept mice and rats and mine have not liked cheese, processed and the good stuff. I prefer nuts and grains. So, in general, I would say they do not like cheese. Of course, if they are offered nothing, they'll take some cheese.

Contrary to popular belief, rats and mice should not eat cheese. Cheese is difficult to digest and often causes diarrhea or blockages. So they may like it, but you shouldn't give it to them.

Yes. I have a hampster, a cousin to the mouse, and she loves to eat cheese treats.
