Sleepaway camp sounds right, but it wasn't a classic. Could it be Homicidal?

Isn't there a camp fire scene where the killer stands up with a guy's head? I think that one was a chick.

i was gonna say motelhell, but the H is in the middle, and farmer vincent never is revealed to be a girl. the story line is great though, he catches stupid people off the road, buries them from the neck down in his garden and when hes ready from them he hypnotizes (to make them confortable ya know) then plucks them out of the ground and makes fresh sausage out of them. o, and beef jerky too
