i would have to agree with you mid 70's has to be the best

Depends on the (normal)outside temperature and what is in my bank account!
If outside is very cold or chill then 20-22 C may be OK.
But if the (normal) outside is above 35 or 40 C then 25-27 is OK.
Any thing higher than 22 for the first case, or below 25 for the second case is OK, if my bank balance is (normally) heavy.

If i'm not doing anything strenuous, then 27 - 28 degrees and sunny would be just right. Today it was 28 degrees, dry, and sunny. A perfect summer day. (And i didn't have to do anything strenuous.)

65 and sunny, 70 indoors, or 80 when windy. I bet there's some kind of formula that I could use here if I quatify wind and "sunniness"...I mean...if I was a nerd.
