Depends whether you are selective about your viewing and how much you watch. It can be very informative and at times relaxing. But I would rather be with friends and do interactive things. Keeps the brain functioning .... I hope!

It certainly isn't good for you.

You could be out taking a walk or playing football or doing anything besides vegging out in front of the big screen eating potato chips.

I might be more impressed if there were something mentally stimulating on, but these days, trying to figure out if "The Others" are good or bad is about as stimulating as TV gets.

no it doesn't increase nothing, for the most part!! But brain washing! The TV is the Gateway to ignorance and nonsense and coruption!!! This is for the most part!!


Do your own survey with a person who watches TV like its their life and one who rarely turns on the tube. And when you do, contact me and tell me which party speaks of more wisdom, and more creativity!!

sometimes if you watch too much tv you could get lazier and get more tired, and its a fact that if you watch tv and go to sleep right after that you probably will have a hard time sleeping

It is like everything else in life...too much is bad. When is too much? I think 2 hours is more than enough each day. We don't realise how our lifes passses by. And somepeople only have movies to show for it

well it depends, if the tv falls on top of you then yes, otherwise it is ok.

yes it is. the only reason "they" say its okay is so you watch more and more and u have to pay alot more mony for the cable/satellite and eletric bills
