You could possibly have a nail fungus. Get to a doctor and have it treated as soon as possible. It is highly contagious and can cause deformities of the nail if left untreated. I worked with someone who had this.

Oh its ok really. I used to have it for a period of time. Its juz some small whitte dent right? Juz drink more water and take more fibres and it''ll be gone in no time. Dun have to worry so much = ) its the syptom of lack of fibres. Dun waste yr money on a doc...

Those dents are caused my fungus, yep, you've got nail fungus. Go see a dermathologist, you need anti-fungal treatment, which is loooong, but if left untreated it can spread to other nails, or even worse, it can make your finger look really deformed.

Are they white spots in your fingernail? Then if it is, it means you need more milk and calcium.
