Alabama is not the wettest state either.
As you can see from the map in the third source here, the rainiest areas of the continental US are on the Pacific Coast.

Mobile dose get allot of rain when hurcianes hit but I don't think it is the highest. Right now in alabama all the grass is dry so that also has something to do with it.

It looks like Yakutat, Alaska has one of the highest average yearly rainfalls for a city in the U.S. (according to this website, anyway):

stable rain you do no longer shovel, with snow you could shovel and then your motor vehicle would slide and slip inflicting injuries and etc. So i will bypass alongside with rain. yet snow's in any respect situations relaxing to ski in. :D
