What's the best, easiest, most accurate, and/or least expensive pregnancy test?

Ok, its not the end of the world people, there's no reason to criticize. I could afford a kid, I just would rather not go out there and expect the most expensive to be the best. Plus if there are less expensive ones, why not try to save money. Don't get your undies in a twist.

Not a single one could be described as you want.

The best and most accurate is the blood test. You could get a certain result after just one day of missing your period, but is more expensive than the others. It is also the easiest one, since some certified laboratory will get the results for you.

The lest expensive ones (you could get at any pharmacy), range from $4.00 to $12.00. They are not as accurate as the blood test (you could get wrong "yes" or a wrong "no" ) and you need to have missed your period for about a week for it to work "properly"

What worked really well for me was the equate brand pregnancy test at walmart. You can get several tests for the price of one of the more expensive brands. Even though its the walmart brand, most of walmart's products use the main ingredients or methods as main brands do. I got a positive my first time, but I was approx. three days late for my period. I think the clear blue easy tests are the simplest to use. For most accurate at the earliest use 1st response, it detects a lower level of hormone which makes it more accurate after you missed your period, or if you are not positive when you period should have been. First response or EPT. I never liked the ones that spelled out "pg" or "not pg" - I wanted the lines in the window.

I've been told the dollar store ones are really reliable.
