I found several computers that I stripped for parts, plus a few inkjet printers. Recently, a church rummage sale, gave me
a ton of computer stuff they were tossing out, including a monitor, a bunch of cables and an old Radio Shack computer.

I had a neighbor that was throwing out a lawn mower, so I took it into my garage. Put gas in it, tried to start it, nothing. Pulled the plug and it was all gummed up, so I cleaned it up. And there you go, it ran fine. The neighbor gave me $25 for fixing it.

On the last day of college, you can find a lot of good things that the kids are throwing out in the dorms. I found a very nice halogen lamp and a case with closing shelves.

ya. our old town had a heavy trash day every month and wed go out and look at the stuff. most of it was junk, but we found a sweet pinball machine.

people throw out all kinds of cool stuff, just because they dont have the storage for all thier other crap. It all works out, cuz then I get the old stuff dirt cheap.

I found new or nearly new named brand shoes for a quarter. A named brand clothes. tupperware... um.... it's a hunt thing it's out there you just have to look for it.
