Because it is a well known fact that gays will never support the GOP, therefore they are exclude from its platform.
War against Brown people? What war is that? More and more African Americans are entering the GOP and the GOP is becoming more active in advancement of their cause. Do you even know the make up of Bush's cabinet and top advisers. He has appointed more minorities than any president in history).
