I have been having cramps on one side for over a week now and am in week 3 of my cycle, is it possible that this could be an early sign of pregnancy?

this early - anything is possible. the problem is that a lot of pregnancy signs are also signs that your period is coming.

if you ARE pregnant it could be your uterus begining to get ready to stretch and take on the extra blood flow, as well as implantation.

if you ARENT pregnant, it could be your uterus getting ready to "flush" itself with your period.

I had cramping with both of my daughters, early in my pregnancies! I didnt think I was pregnant, thought I was just getting my period. Call your dr if you think it could be something else!

If you had intercourse the day earlier than your ovulation date, it is absolutely steady menstrual cramps that you're experiencing which aren't a signal of being pregnant. to be at the nontoxic facet, watch for four-five weeks and thereafter take a being pregnant experiment.

you have to wait until your period is supposed to come. when you are late by a reasonable amount of time, then take a pregnancy test..
