The idea of the wishing well came from the ancient Pagan practice of dropping offerings into wells, shafts and springs. You see, these are the mouth of the Earth, and so this is a way of feeding the Earth offerings OR, the offerings may have been dedicated to ancestors. Either way, offerings were feverishly thrown into pits and springs in times of trouble in hopes that the Gods (or perhaps ancestors) would hear their prayers and save them. Archaeologists have found many things that people wouldn't just throw away. Gold and silver jewelry and cups for example. Bones as well, perhaps other things were dropped in that have since decayed like fruit, clothing, etc. Wine and milk may also have been poured in.
Thus the wishing well.
You can still find many of these across the British Isles.

The whole world is full of superstition. Even human being is a miracle. How he/she is born, through a dirty drop, and then become the most charming and beautufull creation on this world.
What about day and night? from years we havent seen any delay in rissing of sun or falling of sun. or even we havent seen day at the time of night or night at time of day.
What is going on. Who is controling all this stuff. There must be a Mighty Power behind this. Well that Mighty Power is Allah.
He always do certain type of things just for human. And why he created Human? So that the human can recognize Allah. As a Muslim we believe in Allah,
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only! Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him. (Holy Qur'an 112:1-4)
Holy Qur'an is a religious book of Muslims. This nobel book is not changed, modified or edited from last 14 hundred years.
It is full of Superstition things.
Holy Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) from Allah.
There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.
