All of us working together can make this a thriving nation and make things wonderful again. Our Founding fathers were Deists (universal humanists, unitarians) by and large, and most certainly did not support or advocate one religion over another. Jefferson even edited his own version of the bible, called today the "Jeffersonian Bible" in which he edited out all supernatural references (including Revelations) and left just the morality and ethics lessons.
