Yesterday was my first day of college. So i found out yesterday i will be needing a computer because 70% of our work is done on a program loaded on your computer. I support myself meaning i pay all my bills, no outside help and now im struggling with trying to pay for school. Someone told me i could look into programs where they have free computers for college students, if any one have sources, links, or information about how i could go about getting a free computer for a college student, please help me.

I got a relatively inexpensive used computer from a government auction. I loaded Fedora Core 4 Linux on it; included in the installation package is OpenOffice, which is just like Microsoft Office.

You will have to work to get the one I know about. Go to Computers for school. If you can get 10 people to purchase a refurbished computer for about $275 - $350, you will be able to get one free for yourself like a comission. You can also ask them if there are any other programs you may qualify for without all the work because of your status. Also check with Dell and Microsoft.

properly, i think of three.0 and above it solid. the explanation why i'm asserting this is: maximum scholarships for masters scholars require that to made 3.0 or extra constructive even formerly bothering to persist with contained in the 1st place.l i'm in my 2d semester(1st year) interpreting BSc Agriculture. 6 out of seven of ultimate semester's classes result are out and that is around 2.fifty seven. i choose to push harder and make extra constructive than 3.0 contained sooner or later.
