No, I do not think that if there was a curfew put in place that it would decrease the number of teen pregnancies. Teens are more clever than adults think they are. They will find a few, not one, ways to have sex. I think that it is time for the adults to quit telling teens to not have sex, what they need to begin doing is telling them how to protect themselves. Most teens do not even know how to do that. Instead they think that birth control and pulling out are the methods.

No. I was 16 when I got pregnant with my 1st kid. I had a 11 pm curfew. I found other times to have sex and wasnt prepared for the outcome. Curfew won't change the fact that teens are having unprotected unsafe sex. It just changes the time. The only way to fix it is to not let our kids be alone and make then wear chastity belts...LOL But we all know that wont happen. Teen pregnancy is going to continue until teens decide to say no to sex.

Honestly, I don't think it would. If you think about it, if teenagers are really determined to mess around and get pregnant they will find a time and place. I have heard of this even happening while they were at school...movies during the day...etc. Even if there was a curfew put into effect I think that Teens would figure a way to sneek out if they wanted to.

Well let me just say where I live there is a curfew. That still doesn't matter then you just go stay at your friends house and get them to come over or some kids do it during the day when no one it home. It really doesn't help. And honestly you thing the cops could really catch all of the kids having sex? Its not really that big of a deal when they are going to do something unless one person is a minor...

There is not special time to get pregnant. Curfew only rushes things and it is intended to have kids safe not punish them. Young children have no business out after 9pm. The sex can happen anytime so do not count on a curfew slowing down pregnancies.

they'd probably do it at 2 o'clock in the afternoon as an after lunch snack. But here are some Ideas to reduce teen pregnacy : cut off every teen males penis, teach your children the right values before they get that age, tell them the facts, or don't have sex.

no probably not, teens would still do whatever they want to do, and if they did get pregnant, they'd realize it was wrong. I think you should interest them in other things, take them different places, give them more privliges over time, so they wouldnt think about disobeying their parents and falling for the wrong person and getting pregnant. But if they do, their boyfriend probably won't be there for them, but parents are forever. No one can change that.

No i don't. If there doing it now , there going to find a way to still do it. They could flick school,at school, when parents are at work/not home. That would only cause more problems. It'd take away more of there parents trusting them.
