It will be much easier on the tellers if you bundle it like this:

$1's- $50
$5's- $100 or $500
$10's- $500
$20's- $500 or $1000
$50's- $500 or $1000

That's how most banks bundle their money. Even if you don't do it exactly like that, as long as you separate each of the different denominations and know how much is in each bundle (as well as your grand total), your bank teller will be grateful and your transaction will go more smoothly.
