As for the cheating part, I'm with Chris Rock: the only reason a man dosn't cheat is bc he dosn't have the opportunity.

You should respect your wifes decision. If it's unacceptable to you than you shouldn't have married her. Leave the girl at the office alone. It sounds to me that you're not being very to your wife. I think you should let her go before someone gets their feelings hurt.

your wife wont let you because she is your wife. you should have asked for that before you got married. As for the other girl i would say no. cheating is bad. but if you happen to be rubbing on off and she gets in the way then that is a whole nother story. lol but cheating is bad
