Depending on the type of headache (such as sinus, tension, migraine) you can apply hot or cold compresses. Take a Tylenol. Sleep. Take a short walk. Or if you have a headache on the left side of your head massage your right thumb and vice versa for a right sided headache.

Your doctor should have a list or booklet of all over the counter drugs that you can take during pregnancy. For a headache, only Tylenol is recommended.

You can take tylenol but I woud first ask your doctor. I would take tylenol while I was pregnant. Also get a washcloth run cold water on it and squeeze the water out then put it on your head. also try a ice pact it really works. Take a nap that can also help out.

I take tylenol and I'm pregnant. Dont take naproxen or asprin because the thin your blood and can cause elevated blood pressure. You might try taking 2 tylenol, lying down, putting your feet up, and just relaxing. That makes me feel better. Good Luck!

My doctor told me to try tylenol and drinking something with caffeine. He said women shouldn't cut out caffeine completely when they are pregnant especially if they are used to drinking it.
