Any local thrift store.
I get great clothes for next to nothing-including labels from the stores you mentioned and more which means that I can have more clothes than if I shop at the mall.
Also, I'm not supporting child labour in third world countries, or sweat shops, it's good for the environment and most thrift stores are sponsored by local charities so the profits go to a good cause.
And there's the whole thrill of the hunt which is really exciting.

I absolutely loathe the malls. It's filled with nothing but blabbering teenagers. Annoying, I must tell you.
I prefer to shop online at Overstock.com. They have designer duds, household crap, vacations, whatever you want. All in the comfort of my home.

my place is sears but i love old navy too because it's not so expensive place for item like paper or kitchen think i go to wall mart it's not so expensive too but Sears for the clothes it's my best sometime i go in a boutique when they make some clothes in sales. sorry for my bad english
