I-31yrs was in 1st time relationship (engaged) with UK Girl-27yrs for 4 months living with her, but in separate bed & her parents in same house. While in UK I was masturbating for 4 days in a whole week, every morning in bathroom, visioning or desiring my fiancée (she).
But now, I ended the relationship it’s no more there. Can anyone advice, tell me or to make me understand why & how is this happened?? Is it because of, I was masturbating alone while thinking of her.

Any time you have lust that is accumulated to such a degree I'd say it is natural to masturbate. If you really have it bad, not only 4 days out of a week but a couple of times a day. You probably became so frustrated (blue balls) that you could not expect to continue the long courtship, which is probably culturally necessitated. You tried, but obvisously couldn't hang. Is it possible to speak to her and suggest that at least once a month you meet at a motel and exchange physical liaison away from parents, since you plan to marry or is that totally out of the question? Don't blame you for masturbating pal, but if she is unavailable, I'd try to satisfy craving away from parents.

sounds like a very normal thing to do what you did. Need more information to figure out why the relationship ended. I would talk with her and try to listen and understand.

You broke up because you went in two separate directions. That happens.

Masturbation is very normal - people of all ages do it very often - I'm over 40 & I still do it that often.
