first the court merley orders you to pay, if you don't just pay, then that person can take you back to court and get a attachment of your bank account, a garnishment of your wages.

Depending on why they took you to court, other various means.

They can garnish wages but they may give you a chance to pay them before doing so.

Order you to pay by a certain date. If you don't pay bring you back to court, to show cause why you shouldn't be held in contempt of court for failing to pay. Jail if found in contempt of court, then upon release from jail a new date you must pay by.
