She wants low hangers, how?

I found what they are. Now, how do you get them to hang lower?

Apparently this super critical to my girlfriend, she's making a major deal out of it.

Tie a rope around the base of your balls and hang a 5 lb. weight on the end of it. When you can stand it, increase the weight. In 6 months your sack will be stretched out and you'll have low hangers.
