Technically - Yes, it's called a Clitoris!
(Do not listen to these other people who have no idea what they are talking about)
It's what would have been the male penis if your chromosomes hadn't been assigned to become female.
The Clitoris doesn't ejaculate like a penis but it does have as many nerve endings as the male penis....There is a gland called the Skene's gland which is inside the vagina (aka G-spot) which causes female ejaculation. Also it is much smaller than the male penis.
Females no not have testicles, we have the equivalent - ovaries, which are like inverted testicles....And the testicle sacs? Well, those become the labia.
In esscence, women have all the same junk that men do, ours just produces different functions and different hormones.
One thing men have that women do not spongiosum tissue (fond in the head of the penis). Two things that women have that men do not a Uterus and milk ducts in the breast.

yeah, the clitoris is comparable. As fetuses, we're all the same and develop sexual organs later in our gestation. What would have been a penis became my clitoris, and it fills up with blood and gets erect when I'm excited, just like a penis. Just for fun however: A clitoris is the only body part that's only purpose is pleasure. It does nothing else. But, a penis has to transport pee and semen. Haha, I have something you don't have!

The clitoris is like a small penis. Some women have an enlarged clitoris which can resemble a male penis

Actually, yes. It is called a clitoris, but it is about 4 in. inside of the woman's body, much like a guy's penis is mostly inside of his body.

No not really females have a vagina males have a penis.There are some female with a penis and some males with a vagina but it is not comen, cause if your male your not sapost to have a vagina your sapost to have a penis and females are sapost to have a vagina not a penis.

Well, it's been discussed that the clitoris is similar, at least in the sense of sexual stimulation.
And some women have unusually large clitoris'.

you are kidding, right? thee clitoris is biologically basicly the same thing but there is a world of difference. there are two genders. the one without a penis, per se, is the most remarkable creature god created. that's why we men don't understand them.
