honestly and seriously, never.
I love it when good things happen to people, no matter how badly I want that to happen to me, I mean it, all my friends and my family know, I'd never get jealous, I can wish that the same thing happen to me, but I'd never wish it didn't happen to you , or that I had something and you didn't.

Oh honey yes!!! I had to tell myself that sometimes, I make myself jealous by imagining the worst. It's in my head and I know that. I have to convince myself not to be jealous because it's not worth it, and it will get me nowhere. All it does is create a chain of emotions. Jealousy-envy-anger-frustration-hurt-sadness. So I figured out that it's a stupid emotion that is hard to control but it can be done, and when it is...things seem more beautiful than they did before.

Never had a problem with jealousy, did with envy as a teenager. I kept a journal, and read it at the end of the week. It made me realize I was being totally stupid.

Both jealousy and envy are things I've struggled with all my
life-I think we all do. Personally my method of coping is to focus
on the positive things in my life. There are a lot of people in the
world who might envy my life when compared to their own.

Have I EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I have been so jealous before. The thing I finally learned was that I had to like ME enough to accept who I am, what I am, and everything that makes my life what it is. Once we learn to appreciate who we are and what we have, then nothing can make us jealous anymore. Usually we feel jealousy and envy because WE are lacking confidence and security, or may feel unlovable. But, like I said, once we know that NO ONE can be Us, and no one can fill our own spot in this world, then we can like ourselves enough to say that WE ARE WORTHY.

Just one of those things we all come in contact with. I'm best friends with one of the people I envy the most; I also understand that I have things SHE envies!
Best way to get over it is to recognize the emotion and deny it entry to yourself!
