You can't. Your e-mail account must end in yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk or yahoo.co.in for being in english; if it ends in yahoo.com.mx it will always be in spanish because you signed up for your account from the spanish version of yahoo (www.yahoo.com.mx) instead of just www.yahoo.com.
