Yes,I believe they should be completely the same. That sick teacher who did her 13yr old student should still be in jail. And why in he** does she still get custody of her kids? What 30yr old in their right mind would be attracted to a 13yr old kid?If it had been a man,he would probably be dead in jail now.Molestation is molestation,no matter who commits the crime.

The difference from a media perspective is that most those women were very attractive. And the media loves a beautiful woman, so they get a lot of press. Beyond that they are not treated differently. It could be argued that all of the media attention made the whole thing more difficult for these women than it does for a man in the same situation.
Men in a situation like that are vilified and ostracized in their communities and in prison. These women, however, are vilified and ostracized on a national level(not just in their own community). I have yet to see any of these women receive positive press. And I would suspect that the prison life of a female pedophile is not a cake walk. If women were naturally as violent as men, I am sure that they would kill the pedophiles in prison, too.

Yes they should be treated the same....even if the boys did consent, the woman teacher is still ruining a young boys innocence. Not to mention that it could be very confusing for the boys, they could be expecting more than sex from the teacher, which more than likely isn't going to happen.

todays american society is sexist. they will and do treat women above men. men, even i do, hold doors for women, buy them things, and do other tasks as such for women. if a man and a women commit the same crime exactly the same it would come as no surprise that the man would have a worse sentence than the women. of coarse they are both wrong in committing the crime and should be treated exactly the same according to law in their sentence.

Yes they should all be killed. But think about it: as a young boy, they usually want it but as a young girl it is usually forced on them. Of course it could be the opposite and that is why the courts must take care of the sentences not us.

Pretty simple, really. 99 times out of 100, it's consentual with older women and boys (what pre-pubescent or teenage boy wouldn't bang his hot teacher?). But with men, it rarely EVER is.
