Gene Hackman. He was in full beard and glasses driving a jeep wrangler in Durango, CO. I waved but didn't make a big deal cuz I could tell he wanted to just be a tourist like the rest of us. Later that evening we were at the same restaurant and he came up to me and thanked me for not blowing his cover. He was very nice.

I met Elvis Presley and found him to be very down to earth. He seemed to be a very sincere, kind, down-home type person. We talked for over an hour and he shared a lot of info that I had never heard before. This was in 1973 and one thing he shared was that he had been approached to do A Star Is Born with Barbara Streisand, but he stated that "the Colonel" nixed it because he would be playing second billing. He actually expressed that he would have loved the opportunity.

I met OJ Simpson (Buffalo Bills), Jim Kick & Larry Czonka (Miami Dolphins) when I was about 9 years old. They were shopping together in the mall before a Sunday game. They were so gentle and gracious to the kids. They spoke to each one and signed autographs willingly.

I met Frank Sinatra backstage at a concert when I was about 6 years old. He had showered and changed. Wearing a suit and tie. Holding a drink & cigarette. But when he saw a child had come in (I was with my Dad) to see him, he set his drink & cigarette down and came over to say hello to me. I was in AWE of that man.

Donald Trump - we were having a bridal shower at a restaurant, and he came in with a group for a meeting (he had closed off about half the restaurant for the meeting). He bought the table a round of drinks, took pictures with each of us (several with the bride-to-be), and was a very nice and very friendly man.

I met Cledus T. Judd. He was sorta mean and full of himself. Maybe he was in a bad mood or something, but he just didn't wanna be bothered.
