Last time I read news on Yahoo! was on May16. Everytime I turn on my computer, the date is still May 16. Why?

Because you probably cashed the browser data on that day. All you have to do is clean out your browser cash in the Internet Options area and then when you open internet explorer again, it will give the current date.
