The actual procedure is pretty basic, a little uncomfortable. It's the mental rollercoaster that you have to endure that is the hard part. They give you the number of some counsellors to talk to after and they all tell you that it's only hard for a while. It's not. You may think you're fine after a while and that you have come to terms with what you have done, but it haunts for the rest of your life.

It is like a bad period. Think of it this way, you are killing something that is living. You will have to go through the mental problems with what you did.

Its a lot of pain but your a woman and you can handle it just make sure you have a friend or family member to be there when your done
