Yes. People who don't think so are comparing the absolute cream of the crop from the past with everything that's out today. It is an unfair comparison. We won't be certain what the cream of our crop is until it rises to the top, and survives the test of time. When it does, however, I'm willing to bet, at least as far as movies are concerned, that most people will agree, the early 21st century is a golden era.
