Early pregnancy signs are not only different for everyone but they are different each pregnancy.
With my first child I went to the doctor just because I had a feeling. I had NO symptoms. None at all. Hadn't even missed my cycle yet. I just "knew" and I was right LOL...
Wish it would have been like that with my others!
But all my children the early signs have been different.
Some early signs of pregnancy are the things everyone knows
missed cycle, nausea, tender breasts, slight weight gain, moodiness, sensitivity to smells
Some other signs that people do not recognize all the time right away are
slight increase in body temperature, headaches, lightheartedness or fainting, constipation, skin changes (breakouts blemishes etc) frequently dropping things
There are a TON of pregnancy signs!!! And not everyone gets all of them or even any of them.

Usually sore, tender bigger breasts is one of the earlier signs - it can happen as early as a few days after conception. Morning sickness or nausea usually appears 2-8 weeks after conception. Frequent urination can appear as early as 2-3 weeks after conception. Then of course a missed period is one of the tell-tale signs of pregnancy. But since you don't get regular period then that's no good to you. Sometimes it's just that nagging feeling inside of you that tells you that you are pregnant.

Unusually dark and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in only one ear, spontaneous dizziness, unusually vibrant needs, surprisingly dull needs, absence of needs, great quantity of needs (are you noticing a fashion proper right here?), unexpected dislike of the think of pickles/cucumbers, and all types of different arbitrary issues. The elemental notion behind any "historic wive's story" sign is to jump on whatever that looks spontaneous and arbitrary and declare that it is a sign. When accurately it's normally as a result of unique explanations that are virtually absolutely unrelated. Nevertheless will have to you begin getting relatively targeted approximately colour alternatives for even nearly essentially the most trivial of matters then that you are pregnant.

UM HELLO...spend the ten bucks and buy a damn test.
Some women, like me, are really lucky and have very few if any "Symptoms of Pregnancy"...
All I had was normal PMS with no period.
Buy a test, if you're pregnant...the ten bucks you spend for the test will be the first of many expenses of pregnancy. Get used to it.

Late? While this is a key sign of pregnancy, other possible causes could be excessive weight gain or loss; fatigue; hormonal problems; stress; birth control; and breastfeeding.

3. Tender or Swollen Breasts
Breast tenderness is a common first sign of pregnancy that typically begins one to six weeks after conception.
4. Feeling Exhausted or Sleepy
Can?t stay awake? Fatigue is definitely a sign of pregnancy but can also be caused by stress, illness, depression, and other mental strains.
