hm. lovely concept. and i love fruit. a fruit only diet...a WATER fruit only diet. are we getting down to the stick-making foods? hehe. (skinny!!!). i feel so horrible! get this. i had soda and chips today. why? no clue. and chocolate!! i think i need one of those diet people here now. my friend was raped 2 nights ago and i'm undergoing some major stress.

not only fruits... u shud have a blanced diet.. which has a bit of every thing..in it. well if u are over weight, you can join in any work out classes and try to sweat it out (extra flab and fat). yes fruits do make a gud diet but they mainly help in makin ur skin much more clearer and glowing. fruits do reduce and remove toxins from the body and they are very essential in a persons diet...they give u the much needed vitamins and minerals...

Definitely, it fills you up, and provides the essential nutrients to your body, if you eat more of the fruits and vegetables, you will not be so inclined to eat as much fatty foods. Our body is 2/3 water, so anything with water is good.

Yes it will help you lose weight as long as you aren't pigging out on fried fatty foods too. have a balanced diet. the fruit and water are really good for you and help in losing weight

well fiber makes you go to the bathroom so I would think it would reduce weight. fruits are very healthy for you providing you stay on a healthy diet.

Yes, Watermelon is the Best!!!! lowest calorie fruit very high in fiber and tons of water....cantalope is really good too....grapefruits....strawberries, other berries......Drink TONS of water with lemon too!
