I have never worked with indian engineers, i only meet one, once. So i guess i couldn't give an opinion.
But this would be again a generalization, those are not ever exact. There exists smart people, hardworking people, skilled people, all over the world and from all races. Just as there exist lazy people, dumb people, and people with other habilities, again all over the world and from all races.
I would say that we shouldn't ever make that kind of generalizations, that kind of prejudice, wich make us tend to racism. And you can judge every single person by it self.
