I am a bit baffled as to how you would know BEFORE her to begin with. How are you sure without her being tested--which she would have to know about, that she is pregnant? Or do you mean that you THINK she might be pregnant??
This is something that should be handled by someone with experience with pregnancy, that can answer questions she is certainly going to have about what is happening and going to happen to her body. It really isn't your place to provide this information, but if you are afraid that going to her mother may be a bad situation initially--you could consult a school nurse or Planned Parenthood, for help in talking to her. #1 Your Cusion? Did you mean Cousin or Cushion? Huh, interesting. What are you trying to tell her, that she's pregnant? Well, sweets, I think that if she's able to have sex, she PROBABLY knows what pregnancy is. Not sure what you would be trying to tell her.
If your cushion is pregnant, you have a problem. Not sure what to tell you, might want to open it up and remove some of the badding. That might help with that.

Is your cushion or your cousin pregnant. If your cushion appears pregnant, remove some of the stuffing. If your cousin is pregnant and she is only 13 years old, you should ask her to get tested and help her make the right decisions.

uhhhhhhhh what excatly do you need to tell her??? Tell that girl to speak with her parents they will be more helpfull than any of her 13 year old friends. Or tell her to speak with a hotline or see a doctor ASAP!!!

if she is responsible to have sex, then she's responsible enough to deal with the conseqeunces. explain that to her. discorage her from an abortion. there are plenty of couples who want children and cant have any if she doesn't want to keep it. she probably knows but doesn't want to beleive it.

do know that many young girls develop fistulas during very young age.. becoz their hips and bones aint big enough...

just tell her. if she is old enough to have unprotected sex, she is old enough to understand that she is pregnant.
