You want to do an NCTJ course - which has accreditation from the National Council for Training of Journalists (NCTJ). These courses are well respected and offer quality training.

You will probably be able to also get good work experience as colleges and universities that offer NCTJ courses usually have good industry contacts.

This website should help: http://www.nctj.net/courses_fulltime.htm

look up www.ucas.co.uk or if it doesn't work, type in UCAS to a UK search engine (Yahoo UK option for example). It tells you all the colleges/universities that provide that type of course, entry requirements, etc.
